Qubole Billing Guide

Qubole Google Cloud Unit (QGCU) on Google Cloud Platform

Qubole rents resources from GCP on your behalf as a GCP customer, and runs queries and jobs against data in your GCP storage account. You are responsible for the raw compute, network, and storage costs incurred in your GCP account; you pay these costs directly to GCP. Qubole charges a premium for its service, based on usage.

The Qubole Google Cloud Unit (QGCU) is defined to be a percentage of the cost of one instance of the given instance type for one hour of use. The following table shows the multiplier used for each instance type:
